Seeking a book cover artist, anime style

Apparently, my plain-text book covers aren't eye-catching enough, so I need to get some picture covers on my ebooks.
The thing is I can't draw.
I'm looking for an artist that can do anime-style covers for SOME of my ebooks. Various short stories will eventually be collected or already have been and don't need individual covers. I mostly need covers for current and eventual collections - electronic and POD - as well as for short stories whose series are fairly open-ended and might continue on indefinitely.
Free or fairly low-priced, please.
